EAI Robotics — Privacy Policy & Account Deletion

EAI Robotics ("the App") is a control application for EAI humanoid and quadruped robots, published by EAI Robotics ("we", "us", "our").

Information we collect

• Account information: if you sign in, your email address, used only for authentication. You can skip sign-in entirely via "Local direct connect (LAN)".
• We do NOT upload the robot's camera video, control commands, or telemetry to our servers — these stay on your device and the local robot network (Wi-Fi / AP / Bluetooth).

Permissions and why we need them

• Camera / Network: display the robot's live video feed (local RTSP stream).
• Bluetooth / Wi-Fi / Location: discover and connect to the robot's hotspot; on Android, location permission is a system requirement for Wi-Fi / BLE scanning. We do not use your location for any other purpose and do not store it.
• Storage / Photos: save screenshots and screen recordings to your gallery, only when you tap the record / snapshot buttons.

Data storage & sharing

• Screenshots and recordings are stored locally in your device gallery.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• Account data (if you sign in) is stored on our servers solely for authentication.

Your choices

• Use "Local direct connect (LAN)" to operate robots without any account.
• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored app data.

Account Deletion

If you created an account (by signing in with your email), you can delete your account and all associated data at any time using either method below:

• In the app: open Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This opens this page and initiates permanent deletion of your account.
• By email: send a request from your registered email address to xueyi.wang@ff.com with the subject "Delete my account".

Upon a deletion request we permanently remove your account record and the associated email address from our servers within 30 days. This action is irreversible. As noted above, we do not store your robot's video, control commands, or telemetry on our servers, so no such data is retained.

EAI Robotics（"本应用"）是 EAI 人形与四足机器人的控制应用，由 EAI Robotics （"我们"）发布。

权限及用途

• 蓝牙 / Wi-Fi / 定位：发现并连接机器人热点；在 Android 上，扫描 Wi-Fi / 蓝牙需要定位权限（系统要求）。我们不将您的位置用于任何其他用途，也不存储位置。
• 存储 / 相册：仅在您点击录制 / 截图按钮时，将截图和录像保存到您的相册。

数据存储与共享

• 截图和录像仅本地存储在您的设备相册。
• 我们不出售或与第三方共享您的数据。
• 账号数据（若您登录）仅存储在我们的服务器用于身份验证。

您的选择

• 使用"本地直连（局域网）"可在无账号情况下操控机器人。
• 卸载本应用将移除所有本地存储的应用数据。

账号删除

若您曾创建账号（通过邮箱登录），可随时通过以下任一方式删除您的账号及所有关联数据：

• 在应用内：打开 设置 → 删除账号 并确认，即会打开本页面并发起永久删除。
• 通过邮件：使用您注册的邮箱地址发送请求至 xueyi.wang@ff.com， 主题写"删除我的账号"。

收到删除请求后，我们将在 30 天内从服务器永久删除您的账号记录及关联的邮箱地址。 此操作不可恢复。如上所述，我们不在服务器存储您机器人的视频、控制指令或遥测数据， 因此不涉及此类数据的保留。
